As always, the headlines:

The Internet slowly coming back in Syria after a government shutdown of service there. Fascinatingly, Syrian rebels use Skype to coordinate…even with the Internet down.
Finally: something infallible to follow on Twitter.
Disney and Netflix make a deal. Horray.
Real time price adjustments are here to stay. What do you think of them?
Tweetro teaches world why basing a business on an API is a bad idea
The Daily shuts down, showing the world that one wants The Daily.
The Times of London offering subsidized Nexus 7 with subscription. Same company as The Daily intestingly enough
Verizon files patent for DVR that can watch what is happening in the room and offer targeted ads. Creep.
Be sure to buy the doggie doo board game.
McAfee is crazy.

<itunes:summary>In this week’s episode, we go live again. This time, we include a lot more of our ugly faces (or pretty, depending on your tastes) with a Google+ hangout. Fear not haters of video, as King James has been kind enough to include your regularly scheduled audio version as well.
This week we apparently have not been using anything, so let’s move right to the headlines:

Skeumorphism might die at Apple. We want our digital calendars to look digital!
Obama understands Reddit. Not Bad.
Nate Silver of FiveThirtyFive basically called the election correctly.
Quality typography is killing America
Microsoft might be making an Xbox gaming tablet. Why? Who knows.
Half of a 32GB Surface is used before you take it out of the box.
Apple apologizes to Samsung in the UK for a second time . . . Sort of.
Details on the Wii U emerge.
Verizon employees steal customers nude photos (SFW).
iFone stops Apple from sell iPhone in Mexico.
Check in to Facebook get free Wi-Fi. Win-Win.
Office goes mobile. Microsoft bringing it to Android and iOS.

We would like to give a shout out to coco~splat, who has offered his music up for use on the show. Very kind!
Did you miss the live show? Don’t worry, you can see us in all our unedited glory on YouTube. The video is embedded below!
