Have you been watching the social media meltdown at all? Some highlights include Amazon refusing to ship copies until things are fixed (likely because they've had to soak a lot of returns with their flexible return policy), the game being patched to temporarily remove the highest play speed, and Polygon revising their review score down from 9.5 to 8.0. I thought Diablo 3's launch was messy.

Also, might use the hardware to stream PC from HDMI, save the resources on the gaming PC and use a second PC to handle the streaming side... Do you have a second screen, or do they pop up as notifications, or how does that work?

I have my own conspiracy theory about why the server traffic issue isn't fixed yet, but that's neither here nor there. If you do get into streaming though, don't use the Roxio software for PC stuff. (I wouldn't be using it for my PS3 stuff either if I hadn't already spent good money on it.) For PC streaming, I use FF Split. You can find it free at www.ffsplit.com

I don't believe the game is terrible at all - I haven't even played it, because it isn't released here yet. I might get equally pissed off if they screw up the UK launch as they did US, mind. I don't judge games without playing them! Except anything Mario or Zelda, because it's pretty much guaranteed that it'll suck if Nintendo made it. I did play Zelda once on my Wii. Dear god, that was horrendous.

I can't believe a game you believe is so terrible distracted you for so long. Or was it just Robert Wiesehan's charming presentation?
